Hassana Investment Company is excited to announce the appointment of Mr Sabty Sulaiman Al-Sabty as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2025.
Mr. Al-Sabty brings a wealth of experience across both the private and public sectors, along with strong leadership capabilities that will further strengthen Hassana's distinguished team, platform, and position as a leading investor. His appointment reinforces our commitment to sustained growth, enhanced operational efficiency, and achieving our long-term strategic objectives.
Mr. Al-Sabty most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Riyad Capital. At this full-fledged licensed investment bank, he successfully led a comprehensive corporate transformation across all business lines between 2018 and 2023. Before that, he was Head of the Listed Companies and Investment Products Deputy at the Capital Market Authority, overseeing public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, investment product development, asset management, disclosure, and corporate governance of listed companies. In addition, he serves as a board member in several semi-government as well as public and private companies.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University and a master’s in business administration from Colorado Technical University. Mr. Al-Sabty also holds professional certifications from both the SOCPA and the CPA.
