Mr. Sabty Sulaiman Al-Sabty joined Hassana in December 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from both the private and public sectors. Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Riyad Capital. Previously, he was the Head of Listed Companies and Deputy for Investment Products at the Capital Market Authority. He also serves as a board member for several semi-government entities, as well as public and private companies. With his extensive experience, he contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and achieving the company’s strategic objectives.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University. Mr. Al-Sabty also holds professional certifications from both the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

Mr. Hani Aljehani joined Hassana in 2014 and was appointed Chief Investment Officer in July 2025. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the total investment portfolio across both local and international markets. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Investment Officer – International Markets from 2022, where he led the management of investments across all major asset classes in global markets. Since joining Hassana, Mr. Hani has held several senior leadership roles within the investment team. In 2017, he was recognized by Chief Investment Officer Magazine as one of its “40 Under 40.” Before joining Hassana, he worked in the Investment Research Department at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). Mr. Hani holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax.

Mr. Osama Alatiki is responsible for designing and deploying our overall operating model, Mr. Osama joined Hassana in 2019 and has been Hassana’s Chief Operating Officer since 2019. He oversees several key units and support functions across the business to ensure operational excellence, state-of-the-art infrastructure and world-class partnerships. He previously held various senior roles at J.P.Morgan and HSBC Saudi Arabia. Mr. Osama has a master’s degree bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Stout.

Mr. Othman Alghamdi joined Hassana in 2014 and has been Hassana’s Chief Financial Officer since 2017. In addition to ensuring the strong financial performance of the business, in accordance with our overall strategy. Prior to joining Hassana, he held a senior portfolio management role at GOSI. Mr. Othman has a master’s degree from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Firas Houhou joined Hassana Investment Company in May 2026. He has over 20 years of experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and complex cross-border transactions. He has built a distinguished career advising on high-value deals, corporate governance, and the operation of international businesses. His experience supports legal department and enhances operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Hassana, he served as Chief Legal and GRC Officer at Savvy Games Group. Before that, he served as Chief Legal and Governance Officer and Board Secretary at SNB Capital Company.

Mr. Houhou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University and a Master’s degree in Law from Georgetown University. He has also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Mohammed Almudaires is responsible for the oversight of the effectiveness of Hassana’s internal control environment, Mr. Mohammed joined Hassana in 2019 as Hassana’s Chief Internal Audit Officer. He safeguards the business by overseeing the evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of all risk management and internal control processes. Mr. Mohammed has a and a master’s degree from Monash University and bachelor’s degree from Massey University.

Ms. Aljuhara Alayed joined Hassana in 2021 and has been Hassana’s Chief Human Resources Officer since 2023. She oversees all aspects of HR as a strategic business advisor to the senior management of each business unit regarding key organizational and management issues. She is also responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan. Ms. Aljuhara holds a master’s degree from Alyammah University and CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

Mr. Osama Tashkandi joined Hassana in 2019 and was appointed Chief Risk Officer in 2026. In this role, he oversees investment and non-investment risk management activities, in addition to managing the cybersecurity Division. Osama also guides the design of Hassana’s portfolio investment framework and Strategic Asset Allocation to support alignment with the organization’s long-term priorities.

Earlier in his career, he helped manage investments across global capital markets, with a particular emphasis on alternative investments, gaining broad exposure to diverse asset classes and investment structures.

Osama holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, Massachusetts, United States.Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

Ms. Hessa is responsible for managing the international public portfolio and private credit since 2022. Before joining Hassana, Ms. Hessa held previous roles at Al Raidah Investment Company and Riyad Bank. Ms. Hessa holds bachelor’s degree from Al Yamamah University, Saudi Arabia, and a dual MBA Degree from Columbia University, USA, and London Business School, United Kingdom. 

Mr. Basel Alfaris is overseeing the Alternative Investment portfolio which includes Private Equity, Private Real Assets, and Hedge Funds. Mr. Basel joined Hassana in 2014 and has been working in the international department across public and private asset classes. He has been the Head of Alternative Investments since 2022. He has a bachelor’s of degree in finance from the University of Utah, USA, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). 

Mr. Mohammed Aldahash joined Hassana in 2015 and has been responsible for the regional public equity portfolio since 2025. Mr. Mohammed is overseeing the regional public equity portfolio and he previously worked at HSBC Saudi Arabia as a Research Analyst in HSBC Asset Management. Mr. Mohammed has a bachelor’s degree in economics with a Minor in Finance from the University of Southern California, USA.

Mr. Abdulrahman Bakheet joined Hassana in late 2021, following the merger between Al Raidah Investment Company and Hassana Investment company. Mr. Abdulrahman Overseeing the regional fixed income and money market portfolio. He previously held various roles at Al Raidah investment company, Bank Saudi Fransi, and Saudi Industrial Development fund. Mr. Abdulrahman has a Bachelor’s Degree from American University of Sharjah, and CFA charter holder.

Mr. Abdulmuhisn Al Hussein joined Hassana in 2014 and has been Hassana’s Head of Corporate & Portfolio Affairs since 2017. Mr. Abdulmuhsin is overseeing the regional companies and portfolios, as well as investment governance in accordance with the best professional practices. Mr. Abdulmuhsin has a bachelor’s degree from King Saud University.

Mr. Rami Farhat joined Hassana in 2022 to head the department focusing on investment and portfolio management activities. Mr. Rami is responsible for managing the private equity department as part of the regional investment team, covering private equity, PIPEs, infrastructure and venture capital, He has over 20 years of professional experience and held various roles in investments, M&A and finance with Al Faisaliah Group, Mubadala GE Capital, Bank Audi, P&G and PwC, with a focus on MENA markets. He has a bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut and has been a CFA Charter holder since 2005.

Mr. Khalid Alashgar joined Hassana in 2021 and became Head of the Strategy Division in 2025. He is currently driving the firm’s asset allocation and investment strategy to deliver on long-term objectives. Mr. Khalid’s focus spans on developing portfolio-level and asset class strategies, ensuring capital is deployed effectively across global markets. He spent five years investing across global capital markets with a focus on Alternative Investments. Earlier in his career, he was with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising clients on corporate and investment strategy across multiple sectors. He has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
