H.E. Al Saadan is the Chairman of the Board of Hassana and the Chairman of the Board Investment Committee, and he is a member of Hassana's Nomination & Remuneration Committee. A respected leader with almost four decades of experience in various high-profile roles across the Kingdom’s energy, government and investment sectors, he previously served as President of the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, and prior to that Senior Vice President for Finance, Strategy & Development of Saudi Aramco and CEO of Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Co. (SAMREF). H.E. Al Saadan has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, USA, a master’s degree from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a bachelor’s degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. 

With over 40 years of financial services and leadership experience, Mr. Selman AlFaris is the vice chairman of Hassana Board and the chairman of Hassana's Nomination & Remuneration Committee, in addition he is a member of Hassana’s investment committee. He is also Chairman of Falcom Holding, Vice Chairman of Technical Investments Company, and a Board Member of several other companies, as well as acting as the Chairman and CEO of AlMajd AlArabiyah. Mr. AlFaris has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

Mr. Eloy Lindeijer is a member of the Investment Committee and Risk Committee at Hassana. As a pension industry expert and former central bank executive, Mr. Lindeijer served as CEO of the pension cooperative PGGM and Executive Committee Member of PGGM N.V. from 2011 to 2020. He has also acted as an advisor to the Netherlands Council for the Environment and Infrastructure, an advisory body to the Dutch Government and Parliament. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN), Trustee of the Van Leer Group Foundation, and advisor to Hillhouse Investment Management and AustralianSuper.

Dr. Cheng Sungis the chairman of Hassana’s Risk Committee and a member of the Investment Committee in the company. Dr. Sung started his investment career at GIC in 1993 and retired as Chief Risk Officer in 2011. Subsequently, he served in advisory or board capacity with multiple government, financial, and research institutions including the finance ministries in Norway and Singapore, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Bank of Thailand, MIT Investment Management Company, Markit Ltd (now part of IHS Markit), MIT Golub Center for Finance & Policy, Singapore Ministry of Health, and NTUC Income Insurance. He also took on short-term advisory engagements with the International Monetary Fund, Bank of Korea, and Singapore Exchange (SGX). Sung studied mathematics first at the University of Waterloo and later at the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Joseph Landy is a member of the Investment Committee at Hassana with over 35 years of experience covering all aspects of private equity, Mr. Landy is the retired co-Chief Executive Officer and co-Managing General Partner of Warburg Pincus LLC. He serves on the Board of the National Park Foundation. Also, he has previously served on numerous Boards of public and private companies, while also remaining an active investor in a broad array of businesses. Mr. Landy has a bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an Master of Business Administration from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Sameer AlZahrani is a Board Member and Risk committee member for Hassana Investment Company. He is also the CEO and CIO of KAPSARC Investment Management Company. Sameer oversees the Center’s endowment portfolio and its implementation options across asset classes. Prior to this role, Sameer spent a decade at KAUST Investment Management Company in Washington, where he managed multi $US billion portfolios. Prior to that, Sameer was an investment director at Cambridge Associates in Boston, where he advised on strategy allocation and manager selection. Sameer started his career as an engineer and consultant with Saudi Aramco and McKinsey. Sameer holds an Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, master’s degree from KFUPM, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Sameer is a CFA and CAIA Charter holder.

Dr. Ibrahim Almojel is a board member and investment committee member of Hassana investment company. He is also the Co-Founder of Al-Khwarizmi Holding Company which Owns investment companies in venture capital, private investment, international real estate investment and international private investment. Ibrahim Almojel was the CEO of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. Previously he worked at Saudi Aramco in multiple functions including corporate strategy and Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures, and he was the CEO of Wisayah, the investment management arm of Saudi Aramco. He was the co-president of the D20-LTIC and sits on multiple boards including Saudi National Bank (SNB), Awqaf Investment Company, EXIM bank, National Infrastructure, Integrated Logistics Special Zone company and the Arab Mining Company. He is a member of the 2019 Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. He completed his master’s degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and mathematics from Vanderbilt University, then a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Ms. Sheila Al-Rowaily serves as a Board Member and a member of the Risk Committee at Hassana. She brings over 25 years of experience in leadership positions across the finance and investment sectors. She also holds Board memberships at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures, and Saudi Aramco Investment Management Company. In addition, Ms. Sheila Al-Rowaily serves as the CEO and a Board Member of Wisayah Global Investment Management Company. She spent 20 years in various senior roles at Saudi Aramco. Ms. Al-Rowaily holds an Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management, another Master of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, and a bachelor’s degree from King Faisal University.

With over 35 years of leadership experience in the Kingdom’s leading financial and industrial companies, Mr. Khalid  Al-Rowais is a Board member in Hassana, also a member of Hassana’s Audit committee and Risk committee. As well as a Board Member of MEPCO, Saudi Electricity company and Saudi Mining Services Company. He previously held senior positions with Ma’aden, SABIC and SAMA. Mr. Al-Rowais is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the United States and has a bachelor’s degree from King Saud University.

Mr. Ibrahim Al-Shaia chairs the Audit Committee of Hassana and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Bank AlJazira. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Center for National Health Insurance since 2024 and previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the General Organization for Social Insurance. He has extensive experience in management, investment, and banking industries. He holds a master’s degree in advanced professional accounting from Queensland University of Technology (2008) and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University (2004).

Mr. Mohammad A. Algassim is a member of the Audit Committee at Hassana. With his extensive expertise in financial governance, he also serves on the Audit Committees of Dar Al-Majid Real Estate Development Company, ANB Capital, and Maarif Education. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Kafaa Investment Company, where he leads strategic investment initiatives and oversees portfolio management, investment strategies, auditing, and risk management. Previously, he served as a Board Member at Diol International Company and as Chairman of the Audit Committee at Umm Al-Qura Company for Development and Construction (MASAR). Mr. Algassim has held several leadership positions at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and has acted as a financial advisor to various entities across different sectors. He holds a master’s degree in risk management from the University of New South Wales and a bachelor’s degree in commerce (accounting and finance) from the University of Sydney. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.

Dr. Al-Zahrani is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Hassana, with over 11 years of experience in audit, nomination, remuneration committees, and human resources management. He also serves on similar committees at other leading companies, including Albilad Capital, Riyadh Valley Company, Al Rajhi Takaful, Jabal Omar Development Company, ACWA Power, Al Yusr Leasing and Financing, and MASIC. He previously served as an Advisor to the CEO at Bank Albilad and as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at Mobily, where he contributed to team development and capability building. Dr. Al-Zahrani holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University, in addition to a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
